Job Description

As an Analyst, Markets Operations Processing, you will:

• Support the team lead in managing the scope and responsibilities of Market Operations coverage in Korea.
• Perform settlement processes for various products, including FX, Derivatives, and Fixed Income.
• Ensure the completeness of all transactions and maintain proper control measures.
• Coordinate with offshore service center members to ensure daily operations are effectively performed.
• Handle queries from both internal and external clients, providing high-level customer service.
• Work closely with various departments and offices, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform settlement activities for cross products like FX, Derivatives, and Fixed Income.
• Ensure operational tasks are aligned with the highest quality standards and controls.
• Liaise with offshore teams to support day-to-day operations and meet deadlines.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, both internal and external, ensuring optimal customer service.
• Actively monitor all transactions, ensuring no discrepancies or errors in processing.
