An Ambulatory Liaison Job in USA plays a crucial role in connecting patients with the pharmacy services they need. You will work under the supervision of a pharmacist and a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor. Your main job is to ensure that patients receive their medications in a timely and affordable manner. Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:
   • Greet patients warmly and help them with their medication needs.
   • Answer questions about medication costs and availability.

2. Prescription Management:

Certifications:

• Pharmacy Technician License: Must have a current unrestricted Rhode Island Pharmacy Technician II license.

Experience:

• Pharmacy Experience: At least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician is required. Experience in a related field, such as benefits management or customer service, may be considered in lieu of technician experience.
