  5. Reconciliation and Reporting:
    • Monthly Reconciliation: Prepare monthly reconciliations for in-house accounts to ensure financial accuracy.

  6. Inventory and Order Management:
    • Inventory Tracking: Keep track of food and supply inventories, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages or wastage.
    • Product Rotation: Utilize adequate quantities and rotate products to minimize spoilage and waste, ensuring fresh supplies are always available.
  7. Improve Processes:
    • Efficiency: Seek opportunities to improve accounts payable processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Problem-Solving: Communicate invoice discrepancies to appropriate parties and track outstanding items to resolution.
  8. Compliance and Policies:

Required Qualifications

Education

Experience
